About me
My name is Hassan, but many people know me as Xipila. I come from a family of athletes — my brothers have always been my biggest source of inspiration, especially the oldest. I started bodybuilding in 2015, but without consistency: I would train for a few months and then stop. Back then, my diet was disorganized and I had no guidance whatsoever. As a result, my progress was unpredictable.
I got into this world because of my extreme thinness, which bothered me. It was only in 2020, after taking a nutrition course, that I began to understand how to do things the right way. Since then, everything has changed.
I officially became an athlete in 2023. I debuted at IVN, placing 4th, even with only 15 days of preparation right after Ramadan. Next, I competed in the Profinga Classic, where I won 1st place in my category and also took the Overall title. At the end of that same year, I placed 2nd at Hardbody, the biggest national championship. That second place pushed me even harder — I wanted that trophy at home.
In 2024, I came back and won not only 1st place, but also the Hardbody Overall. Shortly after, I won the first edition of the Summer Festival, in Ponta do Ouro. From then on, we began a new phase: the international journey and the pursuit of a pro card.
In December, I competed in South Africa, debuting in a new federation and placing 4th, with a flawless physique but still lacking size. I came back with my head held high and a clear vision: 2025 will be a year 100% dedicated to evolution, so that in 2026 I'm ready to earn my pro card in the Pro League, the biggest federation in the world.
I'm currently focused on my off-season, committed to my own evolution and to transforming as many students as possible.
